This policy explains what Ledgerly collects when you use our invoicing product, whether you're the freelancer sending invoices or a client receiving one.
From account holders: name, email, business details, and payment account information needed to receive transfers. From clients paying an invoice: name, email, and payment details, processed through our payment providers — we don't store full card numbers ourselves.
Card and bank payments are handled by PCI-compliant payment processors. Ledgerly never has direct access to full card numbers; we receive a tokenized reference and payment status only.
Invoice records are retained for as long as your account is active, and for a further period as required by applicable tax and accounting regulations, after which they can be permanently deleted on request.
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us below. We respond within 30 days.
